We offer free domestic shipping within the USA for all orders over $40. For domestic orders under $40, expedited shipping and international shipping, prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on weight and your address.
UPS Ground is not a day-definitive service. Our website generates shipping estimates for UPS Ground, but they are just estimates. If you require 2 day shipping, you must select UPS 2nd Day Air. UPS Ground shipping is typically 1-5 business days to the west coast and 4-5 business days to the east coast.
All products are shipped from Los Angeles, California and are typically processed and shipped from our factory within 2-3 business days.
Please double-check your address prior to confirming your order, as Graf Lantz is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.
Returns on regular priced items purchased at graf-lantz.com are accepted back to our factory within 50 days from the ship date and must be made through this provided link:

Graf Lantz is not responsible for any return shipping or handling fees. Please allow 7-10 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement after processing.
At this time, we can only process even exchanges. If there is an item that is more or less expensive than the one you’d like to return, please return the item and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Can I return something I bought at another retailer?
