Wholesale Account Coordinator

 

Graf Lantz, Inc is a multi-brand holdings company that currently owns Graf Lantz, Glob and Feltory. Each brand is focused on sustainably sourced products in the home goods, accessories and apparel space. The Wholesale Coordinator at Graf Lantz works in the sales division reporting to the VP or Merchandising and Sales and will focus on growing and maintaining national and key wholesale accounts as well as our dropship programs. We are looking for a savvy addition to our team who has experience working with national accounts (i.e. Cost Plus, Nordstroms, Whole Foods, Target, Costco) and the intricacies of coordinating the systems from PO creation to fulfillment. 

This is a salary position based by Downtown Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet and/or exceed sales goals.
  • Timely entry of sales orders into the ERP system to meet on-time deliveries.
  • Track all wholesale orders, and work with the production team to project when orders will be delivered.
  • Work closely with Operations and Production teams regarding account-specific shipping requirements.
  • Partner with dropship accounts to maximize inventory, sales, and new opportunities.
  • Monitor business to ensure that all accounts adhere to agreed-upon terms within your business where applicable. 
  • Act as the point of contact for accounts to manage processes defined by the account and minimize compliance issues. 
  • Partner with Brokerage and Sales Rep groups regarding PO’s maintenance, compliance, and logistics. 
  • Manage integrations and be the point person for troubleshooting  (EDI, ERP, etc) with national shipping accounts.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Planning on account assortment needs, inventory planning and opportunities.  
  • Develop and maintain ATS tools.
  • Enter ATS orders for the current selling season; suggest swaps if needed in the case of sell-outs.
  • Work across the portfolio of companies to assess and analyze selling trends and opportunities in the marketplace owning monthly and weekly sales business reviews and KPI’s. 
  • Partner with senior leadership on a consistent basis to discuss business overview, challenges, and opportunities. Report product development opportunities based on retailers/brand managers’ feedback and market intelligence. 
  • Partner with finance regarding invoices, payment terms, etc.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders as needed for support as it relates to marketing, events, product, etc. 
  • Prepare new product introductions in the market.
  • Monitor and report on the development/expansion of the competition in the market.
  • Attend trade shows as needed.

 

Experience

  • 2-4 years experience wholesale account management experience with a background in National retailers and dropship accounts. 
  • CPG, accessories or home/gift wholesale sales experience preferred.
  • Experience building out and scaling sales operations, particularly in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Experience with various ERP systems (Netsuite a plus).
  • Experience dealing with routing guides and working with a 3PL.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google suite.
  • Strong understanding of how to analyze the business using retail math skills (i.e., margin, sell-through, etc.)

 

 

 Design Studio Coordinator

Graf Lantz, Inc is a multi-brand holdings company that currently owns Graf Lantz, Glob and Feltory. Each brand is focused on sustainably sourced products in the home goods, accessories and apparel space. The Design Studio Coordinator provides administrative support to our Executive and Product Design team. As our Design Studio Coordinator, you will play an integral part in curating the Graf Lantz experience and supporting our growing team. 

This is an hourly position based by Downtown Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational aspects of maintaining our downtown design studio and offices, including but not limited to opening/closing the office each day, office supply and kitchen stocking, coordinating cleaners, maintaining office safety protocols, etc. 
  • Support Executive and Product Design team with all administrative needs, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting presentation, research projects, etc.
  • Support Product Development Manager with assistance on design tasks like collecting/tracking samples, compiling tech packs, ERP data entry, etc.  
  • Coordinate activities and initiatives to build our office culture, like planning team meetings, outings, and celebrations
  • Provide production assistance for photo shoots or marketing events, including setup and cleanup, coordinating meals and coffee, and other administrative duties as required
  • Candidates should be well organized, thoughtful, detail and service oriented; In addition, candidates should be able to take ownership of tasks and exhibit a high level of initiative and follow-through in a dynamic environment

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace experience a must
  • Proven attention to detail, with excellent organizational and technical skills
  • Must be able to determine priorities, take ownership of tasks, and exhibit a high level of initiative and follow-through
  • Established success working on multiple tasks/projects as the same time
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the company
  • Must be able to work overtime on an as-needed basis

 

 

Marketing & Community Associate: 

As the Marketing Associate at Graf Lantz, Inc and our growing portfolio of brands your role will be to manage and challenge the status quo as to how we approach our conversation with our customers genuinely and charismatically. With the tools of social media, newsletter, text, etc we are looking for a person to own the marketing and experiences that we put out into the world, engaging existing and new people. You will also own our copywriting library, organize existing and either develop or manage the acquisition of our copy.

  • Be a voice of the brand, handling communications with our customers through all social media platforms, ensuring we are being appropriately represented
  • Influencer management - develop a strategy for each brand and manage our current and new systems. 
  • Ambassador network - create and manage to empower our community of brand advocates. Turn customer interactions into evangelists. 
  • Own our copywriting to clean up and organize our library of copy. Develop or curate copy from various team members for launches. 
  • Develop Newsletters based on marketing plans and goals 
  • Be the main point of contact for our paid social management and affiliate marketing
  • Report on KPI’s for your division and provide weekly and monthly reports to the team 
  • Review and report on strengths and weaknesses in our images to report to the creative team based on all channels (social, social ads, newsletter campaigns, amazon, website, etc) and brands to inform direction and needs
  • Monthly round ups of competitor and competitive market analysis - progressive brands Newsletters, Social, Social Ads, Community programs, etc. 

 

Skills

  • 2-3 years experience 
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign skills necessary
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify a plus
  • Experience with managing social media channels- Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok
