In our part of town there is a citrus tree in almost every yard. We’ve got an orange tree that supplies the whole block with juice. Down the street a pile of grapefruits are always there for the taking. However, everyone’s favorite is always the lemon. Lemons on hand always mean salads are a bit brighter, seafood is a lot fresher, and drinks have that bit of acid to make the sweetness sing. So we couldn't help but commemorate our love of lemons and all things bright with this trivet ready for a summer table.
Merino wool trivets are soft enough to never scratch delicate surfaces, can resist temperatures up to 300F and are moisture wicking to keep tables and counters dry. Secretly we also throw them under vases and planters, and even as a soft landing on nightstands. Although easy to clean with some soap and water, they will develop a patina that becomes a living record of the celebrations they will become a part of.

Our Wool
The best is worth it. We only use Merino Wool Felt because it is the highest quality felt available. Our Merino Wool Felt is made exclusively at two factories in Bavaria, where they have been perfecting their technique for over 100 years. We use OEKO-TEX® dyes on all of our products, making sure they are non-toxic and free of harmful chemicals.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
The Graf Lantz philosophy is classic and simple: Use quality materials and waste as little as possible. Striving to be as sustainable as possible in our manufacturing practice is something we take very seriously. We work hard to ensure every last scrap and off-cut is utilized somewhere in our product line. This follows our ethos that true sustainability begins with the choices we make every day.
Cleaning & Care
Functionality is at the core of what we do, so you can rest assure that all Graf Lantz materials are very, very low maintenance (we didn’t choose them for nothing).
